Much like the prodigal son I have returned

So it’s been over two years since we have dropped a list like this. I’ll start off by saying we dropped the classic S-E tier list. Why? Because I saw in someone's story when the first list was sent out, that everyone was an S tier because they did their best. When it comes to art, you’re absolutely right.

We are not art critics and when I produced the list I did not have clear criteria for why people got what they did. Is the tier list gone forever? Probably not, I do want another shot at it but it’s all about making the standards clear. So what’s taking its place? A sectioned out list based on BUYING PATTERNS. Even then we didn’t make things clear but we’re not ranking your stores. We’re just providing information for you to vote with your dollars (or currency of choice)

In the two year absence we have noticed a lot of people are no longer active and we have a section for the fallen that they might be remembered. It’s not easy running your own business so we understand.

So what’s with all this “we” talk? Wasn’t this a one man show? Well just as I show up, I’m retiring. It started out with my personal account attached so there was a contact point. But if it wasn’t apparent enough, I get distracted easily, and the biggest kicker is that because of the amount of NSFW shops or items there are I am removing myself from that as much as possible. 

So with that I present to you, @theslapmen on IG. My friends Alan and Kerry are taking over. I’m still keeping a hand in all of this but it's not going to be in the front of my mind.

The @theslapmen IG account will be the primary source for keeping track of accounts and stores to give you as much information as possible. We’ll do things like store opening alerts, shoutouts, and spotlights especially when we receive your hard work on a product. We’re going to have to go in a few times and keep moving things around on the list. But we love doing it and we want to see the community come together.
